What should I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase- Decree-Law DL 24 2014?
If you would like to exchange or return items, you can go to our warehouse / showroom or contact us within 14 days of your receipt, which will provide you with information on the exchange process / devolution. In no case send the articles without prior contact as they will not be received.
Returning articles must comply with the following conditions:
Return of goods in good condition, in condition of sale without any mark of use (wear or other parts) or damage, with original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice.
Exchanges or returns of custom or specially ordered items are not accepted at customer's request to the supplier.
Exchanges or returns for specially ordered replacement / repair parts are not accepted at the customer's request from the supplier.
If the packaging is damaged and the articles have obvious marks of use, we will not be able to accept the exchange or return of value.
After contacting and given the return instructions, you should send us the duly packed article, with original packaging, to our address:

We warn of some conditions in case of exchange
If you choose to return the value inform that:
Reimbursement is made by the same means of payment (at will of the customer). In case of transfer, we ask that you provide us with a NIB so we can return it faster.
Shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer. In case of returns due to customer dissatisfaction, the refund will be of the value of the merchandise excluding postage or other purchase expenses.
Fire Scale Modeler will make pick-ups based on the situation presented at no additional cost to customers injured by transportation or technical problem detected.
Returns will only be made after technical verification of the condition of the product and verification of compliance with the conditions described above.
What should I do if I receive damaged packaging or items?
In the event that the shipping container is damaged you should check its contents at the time of delivery and submit the claim to the carrier, contacting us later. You should also contact us if you have received a good packaging but the items are still damaged.
What should I do if articles have technical issues?
In the event that your articles have technical problems, please contact us. We will try to resolve the issue by phone or email before replacing.
You can also come to our warehouse / Showwroom
If the item is a single unit or has been ordered from the manufacturer specifically at your request it will be sent to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If the technical check detects marks of misuse, and / or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (eg fall, moisture, misuse) you will be contacted to let us know if you would like to return the item to your current condition or if you would like us to send the unit for service to your brand, which is subject to a repair quote.
If the invoice is more than 14 days old, your item will be sent to the brand Technical Support under Warranty.
All devices are covered by the 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty under their respective brands.
In the case of out-of-warranty equipment, Fire Scale Modeler also provides Technical Support, so you may contact us for information on the process of shipping defective or defective items. The articles will be reviewed by our Technical Assistance who will issue a technical opinion and its repair budget, if applicable. Repairs are only commenced after Customer's acceptance of the quote.
